In order to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation among researchers in food science and natural products around the world, and to further promote the development of food science and related scientific research fields in China, the 2nd European Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (2-EuSPMF), hosted by the International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS) and the University of Sarajevo, will be held in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 3 June to 6 June 2024. 2-EuSPMF aims to explore the latest advances in the field of pharmaceutical and food phytochemicals.
