Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to invite you to attend the 10th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (10-ISPMF) to be held in Wenzhou, China on August 2-6, 2026. 10-ISPMF is organized by the International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS), Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) and the Phytochemical Society of Asia (PSA). We very much look forward to welcoming you at Wenzhou. 10-ISPMF aims to explore the recent advances in the area of phytochemicals in medicine and food. We hope to bring together scientists of all ages to provide an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, discussing challenges, sharing success stories and setting up new research collaborations.

Abstracts  

Oral and poster presentations on the mentioned topics are welcome. All participants are invited to submit abstracts which will be published in a conference proceeding. All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committees and the decision on the way of contribution will be announced no later than 2 weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Registration is mandatory for acceptance.

Abstract preparation guidelines

Word is the main software we will use, but if this is unavailable, please provide a compatible file of your paper (compatible for Word 97 and following versions). The abstract should contain the aim of the work, the applied methods, the main results and a conclusion. Statistical evaluation for pharmacological and clinical data is obligatory.

The abstract must be written in English and the standard font should be Times New Roman 12 pt except for the title (16 pt), affiliations (10 pt, italic) and references (10 pt). The name of the author presenting the contribution must be underlined. A standard length of one page is obligatory. Figures (of good quality) and Tables must be included in the text.

The page size is A4 and the following margins should be used: left 2.5 cm, right 2.5 cm, top page 2.5 cm, bottom 2.5 cm. The text must be typed using single space with full justification, page numbers should be omitted.

References must be noted as numbers in square brackets [1] and continuously numbered in the text in the order in which they are cited. At the end of the abstract, the reference list should be given in the style presented below [2].

Awards:

Ten awards will be given for best oral and poster presentations by young scientists (Under 35 years old) (5 awards for poster and 5 awards for oral presentation). Each winner will be awarded Euro 200 in cash and a certification provided by International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety.

Sponsor Journals:

Journal of Advanced Research, Food Frontiers, Phytomedicine and Phytochemistry Reviews will publish special issues for 9-ISPMF.

Standard registration (The registration fee covers admission to the conference, printed materials, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner during August 2-4, welcome party (Agust 02) and gala dinner (Agust 05), during the sessions and one-day excursion (Agust 05).

There will be comparatively high surcharge if you pay the registration fee on site. We highly suggest you make the payment before attending the symposium.  

All charges due to bank transfer have to be paid by the sender. In the notice field please indicate: 10-ISPMF and the name of the participant. If needed, send us by email, the details for the invoice (name, company/institution, VAT number and address).

Wenzhou Longwan International Airport (WNZ) directly connects Rome, Madrid, Seoul, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai.

Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport  (HGH) directly connects London, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan, Zurich,Rome, Barcelona, Madrid, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taipei.
